Our dedicated and committed multicultural staff always have the time to smile and energy to interact with your child while delivering the core parts of the Early Learning Framework through education, communication, fun, and play.
Our Educational Leader, Marcia
Marcia has been in the education/childcare industry for over 30 years working with children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. She has managed a 90 place centre in the UK, has been a private Nanny and taught English on a one to one basis.
She has both the UK and Australian diplomas in child care and education.
It is a pure delight to see the genuine smile on Marcia’s face each morning when she meets and greets you and your child.
We enjoy seeing the reactions from children with a mutual love and joy seeing ‘Miss Marcia’! It is what child care is all about.
Understanding you and your child
At Buttercups Daycare we take the time to get to know you and understand your child. We recognise every child has different learning development abilities, to accommodate these individualities we develop a program specific to each child attending Buttercups.
We want to get to know you and hear about your family interests, events, birthdays, cultures and hobbies. At Buttercups we encourage open communication between parents, carers and staff.
Positive communication with parents and carers, helps us to provide a nurturing and caring environment for your child. Your child will grow, be valued, rewarded with their efforts and contributions recognised no matter how small.
