Building children’s resilience

Building resilience through play is more crucial than ever. Resilience is important for children’s mental health as children with greater resilience are better able to manage stress, which is a common response to difficult events and with COVID-19 this is more important than ever before!

Building resilience in children helps them to overcome obstacles more easily which supports the general development of social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills.
