Welcome to Buttercups Childcare Lakelands! Located at 10 Somerset Way, we offer quality childcare for children aged 0-5 years.

We’re excited to join the Lakelands community with our brand-new, purpose-built centre, designed to support your child’s growth in a nurturing, individualised environment. With dedicated spaces for different age groups and a focus on building strong relationships, we help children thrive and develop a love for learning.

Hi, I’m Shanice, the Centre Manager at Buttercups Lakelands. I’ve worked in the Early Childhood Education sector for 17 years, and I’m also a proud mum of two. I’m deeply passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive, and enriching learning environments where every child feels supported and able to thrive.

My goal is to ensure that all children, families, and educators feel safe, welcomed, and valued at Buttercups Lakelands. I’m committed to building strong, respectful relationships and fostering a positive, supportive community for everyone who walks through our doors.
