Hi, I’m Shae, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager here at Buttercups Baldivis. I bring with me over 18 years of experience in the early childhood sector and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, all of which have strengthened my passion for providing high-quality care and creating meaningful connections with children, families, and educators. I am deeply committed to building strong, respectful relationships with our families and supporting our educators to create nurturing, engaging environments where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. On a personal note, I am also a mum of three, so I understand just how important it is to feel confident and comfortable in your child’s care and education. I truly believe that when we work together, we can achieve the very best outcomes for each child.
