Welcome to Buttercups Mindarie, your child's home away from home! Nestled just off Mindarie Drive, opposite Avondale Park, our location is designed with you in mind. We are conveniently close to the Ocean Keys shopping centre and a short drive to the Ocean.
Buttercups Mindarie is more than just a childcare centre; it’s a place where children’s imaginations can flourish. Our facility boasts five beautiful individual play spaces, each one thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity and learning. With bright and airy rooms featuring super high ceilings, your child will experience a welcoming and open atmosphere that encourages growth and exploration. Every room offers a view of our child-centered outdoor nature play areas, including our spectacular fort, where adventures and friendships are forged.
Our central kitchen serves as the heart of the centre, bringing our community together through the shared enjoyment of nutritious, home-cooked meals throughout the day. We understand the importance of providing children with the fuel they need to thrive, and our dedicated team takes pride in preparing delicious and balanced meals that cater to individual dietary needs.

Meet Alicia
Manager, Buttercups Childcare Champion Lakes
I became an early childhood educator because I love the way children view the world. Everything is beautiful to them. Watching a child achieve a goal or master a skill is the most magical moment and knowing you were a part of that journey is so rewarding.
As the manager of Champion Lakes, my goal is to provide all our children with a safe space to learn, explore and grow. I believe in play-based learning and letting children lead the way. We’re here to offer them choices and opportunities to guide their own learning. It’s important to me to build strong relationships with the children and families within my care and I strive to create a home away from home.
As a family-oriented person, I love being part of a family-owned and operated business. I can’t wait to watch the children of Buttercups Champion Lakes grow into the amazing little people I know they can be.
