All children attending childcare services in Australia need to be vaccinated as per the Australian Government’s policy. As part of the enrolment paperwork, we require a copy of your child’s current immunisation history or vaccination certificate.

An orientation, spending time in the room, and consistent routines like arrival times and goodbyes can help them feel secure. Yes, children can be dropped and collected at any time between our opening hours. Please note: depending on your session time additional charges may apply if you drop off outside of the booked session.
You can easily pay your fees through direct debit via bank account or credit card using Debit Success. Simply set up scheduled payments or make real-time payments through the app. Please complete the setup before your child’s first day. All payments and statements are accessible via Xplor for your convenience.
