What Ages Do You Cater For?

We provide high-quality early learning and day daycare for children from six weeks of age through to school age.

When Do I Look for Childcare?

To secure a spot, we recommend starting your childcare search early, as some centres have waitlists. Expressing interest in day daycare can help, even if you’re unsure of your start date. Planning ahead also allows time to prepare for child separation anxiety, ensuring a smooth transition. If you’re pregnant, you can use your due date as the expected start date.

What Is Your Minimum Booking?

There’s no minimum booking requirement – whether you need just one day a week or full-time care, we’re here to accommodate your family’s needs!

Does My Child Need To Be Vaccinated?

All children attending childcare services in Australia need to be vaccinated as per the Australian Government’s policy. As part of the enrolment paperwork, we require a copy of your child’s current immunisation history or vaccination certificate.

How Do I Settle My Child Into Care?

We understand starting care can be daunting for both you and your child. We’re here to support this transition by helping your child build bonds with educators at our day daycare. An orientation, spending time in the room, and consistent routines, like arrival times and goodbyes can help them feel secure. Gradually increasing their time at the centre can also ease the process. We know this transition can be emotional, so we encourage you to call, email, or check in anytime.

Can I Drop Off Or Pick Up My Child At Any Time?

Yes, children can be dropped and collected at any time between our opening hours. This can help with child separation anxiety. Please note that depending on your session time additional charges may apply if you drop off outside of the booked session.

How Do I Pay My Fees?

You can easily pay your fees through direct debit via bank account or credit card using Debit Success. Simply set up scheduled payments or make real-time payments through the app. Please complete the setup before your child’s first day. All payments and statements are accessible via Xplor for your convenience.
