Highgate Twilight Tour Promotion

Terms and conditions

New families who attend the Buttercups Highgate Twilight Tour on 29 May 2025 and enrol at Buttercups Highgate by 30 June 2025 go into the draw to win one month of free care. The following terms and conditions apply: 

  • Offer valid only for new families
  • To be eligible, families must either:
    • Attend the Twilight Tour on 29 May 2025 and complete an enrolment form by 30 June 2025; or
    • Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form after becoming aware of the Twilight Tour (if unable to attend), quote the prize draw, and complete enrolment by 30 June 2025.
  • An Expression of Interest form must be completed to qualify.
  • Offer is limited to a maximum of two children per family.
  • Child Care Subsidy (CCS) cannot be claimed, as the care will be recorded as ‘complimentary fee’.
  • Children must attend the service for a minimum of eight consecutive weeks before the four weeks of complimentary care can be applied (weeks 9–12).
  • Accounts must be two weeks in advance, in accordance with our Payment of Fees Policy, before complimentary weeks can be applied.
  • Offer applies only to the standard booking pattern. Additional casual days booked after enrolment will not be included in the complimentary care period.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (e.g. Refer-a-Friend campaign).
  • If the booking ends within one month of receiving complimentary care, families will be required to repay the full fees for the free weeks of care provided.

Refer-a-Friend at Buttercups Highgate

Current families who refer a friend that attends the Twilight Tour and enrols by 30 June 2025 will receive two weeks of free care once the referred family commences enrolment. The following terms and conditions apply:

  • The referring family’s name must be included on the Expression of Interest (EOI) form at the time of submission.
  • The referring family’s account must be two weeks in advance, in line with our Payment of Fees Policy, before complimentary care can be applied.
  • Limit of one offer per family. For example, referring multiple families does not result in multiple free care periods.
  • Offer is limited to a maximum of two children per family.
  • Offer applies only to the standard booking pattern. Casual bookings will not be eligible for complimentary care.
