Terms and conditions
Current families who refer a friend between November and December 2025 will receive one week of free care when their friend enrols into care. The referred family will also receive one week of free care.
The following terms and conditions apply:
The referring friend or family member’s name must be included on the Expression of Interest (EOI) form at the time of submission.
The referred family must enquire, attend a tour, and submit an enrolment form by 30 December 2025, with care commencing prior to 30 January 2026.
The newly enrolled child must complete four weeks of care before receiving one week of complimentary care.
The referring family will receive their one week of complimentary care once the referred child has commenced and completed four weeks of care.
Accounts must be two weeks in advance, in accordance with our Payment of Fees Policy, before complimentary care can be applied.
Limit of one referral offer per family. For example, referring multiple families will not result in multiple free care periods.
Offer is limited to a maximum of two children per family.
Offer applies only to standard booking patterns. Casual bookings are not eligible for complimentary care.
Employees of Buttercups Childcare are not eligible for this offer.
