We are very excited to announce that Buttercups Childcare and Early Learning Centre (Aberdeen Street, Perth CBD) is opening a new room and will soon be ready to take 12 more children.
Our Wobbler Room, also known as Lavender Room, shall cater for children above 12 months to 18 months of age with a ratio of 1 educator to every 4 children.
The Lavender environment provides a variety of fun based experiences that suit individual needs, abilities and interests from music, art, gardening to dance in both our indoor and outdoor play areas.
Wobbler’s play-based learning program
We at Buttercups Childcare and Early Learning encourage learning through play stimulating range of experiences that give them the opportunity to explore their environments allowing them to continuously learn and discover new things.
The experiences for your child are programmed based on a learning framework with a new plan created each month. The programming aims to enhance each child’s individual learning and development.
Our programs enhance their development including:
- Talking and Listening
- Communicating, Interacting, Reading & Thinking
- Developing a routine (Learning, Playing, Sleeping)
- Developing gross motor and self-help skills (Walking)
- Building social, emotional, problem solving and cognitive skills (Group playing)

For new families, we encourage tour to our beautiful Centre with your child so they can gain a feel of our Centre, whilst still having the comfort of their family with them.
